Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. No-Shows: Clients who do not show—will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Repeat offenders may be required to prepay for future sessions. Running Late? If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. Full payment for the scheduled session is still required. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us serve all of our clients efficiently and respectfully.
